Congratulations on being selected to Present your work at 6G Summit 2020! As a Poster Presenter it is important that you display your results clearly to attract people who have an interest in your work and your paper.  Your poster should cover the KEY POINTS of your work. The ideal poster should be designed to attract attention, provide a brief overview of your work, and initiate discussion and questions

Poster Components

Design

Use color to highlight and make your poster more attractive, by using pictures, diagrams, cartoons, figures, etc., rather than only text wherever possible.

Title

The title of your poster should appear at the top in CAPITAL letters about 25mm (1″) high.

Authors

The author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s) are put below the title

Text Size

The smallest text on your poster should be at least 9mm (3/8″) high, and the important points should be in a larger font. Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible. This will save you time to use for discussions and questions.

All text must be easily readable from a distance of 1 to 2 meters. Make the lettering at least 1 cm high, smaller lettering will not be legible from a distance of 1 to 2 meters.

Size

  • One poster board is allocated to each presentation. The recommended poster size is A0 (84 cm x 119 cm) . US alternative 36 inches high by 48 inches wide ( 92 cm x 122 cm ) can also be used.
  • Posters must be mounted using push pins provided by the organizing committee.

Presentation

  • Each poster presenter is required to defend his/her poster during the respective poster session slot for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
  • Simply posting the pages of your written version of the proceedings paper is NOT effective and thus NOT acceptable for your poster.

Planning Ahead

Carefully prepare your poster well in advance of the conference. There will be no time or materials available for   last minute preparations at the conference. If you forecast you may need certain materials to repair the poster after traveling, BRING THEM WITH YOU.

Onsite Information

Pushpins or Velcro will be provided to attach your posters to the boards.

Your poster must be posted at least 15 minutes prior to your presentation time and removed immediately after the session. If your poster is left behind, it will be discarded.

Poster Printing

All authors should print and bring their posters with them to the conference.
